REFUNDS & RETURNS

We’re happy to help with exchanges and returns when items meet the conditions below. To get started, email hello@raverunner.co.

Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new and unused with original packaging/tags.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

Returns

  • We accept returns for new, unused items with original packaging/tags.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • After 30 days, requests are case-by-case and, if approved, are eligible for store credit only.
  • Used items will not be accepted for a return.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom Skins (due to the nature of the item).
  • Hydration bladders that have been filled or used (hygiene).

Condition Standards

All returned/exchanged items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging/tags.

Return Shipment Responsibility; Lost Returns

Until we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, the item remains your responsibility.
Always use a trackable method and keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or otherwise not received; no refund or store credit can be issued without receipt.

Returns Outside Policy & Wrong Items Sent Back

Items returned outside this policy, or wrong items sent back in error, will not be returned to you and may be discarded or donated. We may deny refunds/exchanges and future return privileges if we detect abusive or excessive return behavior.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Discount Codes & Refund Policy

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
  • We do not offer partial refunds or adjustments when:
    a) a code was forgotten or entered incorrectly;
    b) a different code was used instead of another; or
    c) the applied discount was lower than another available promotion.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not retroactively apply higher discounts to completed orders.
