Can I exchange my RaveRunner® and/or EL Wire for a different color?
We happily accept product exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned new and unused with their original packaging/tags. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact hello@raverunner.co if you wish to exchange your product and our team will be happy to assist you!
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We will accept returns for new and unused items with their original packaging/tags. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Return requests submitted after 30 days will be approved on a case-by-case basis for store-credit reimbursement only. Used items will not be accepted for a return. *Due to the nature of the item, custom skins cannot be returned or exchanged.
