Shipping Policy

At RaveRunner®, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to understand the process and what to expect when ordering with us.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders shipped within the U.S. and with regular shipping, are estimated to arrive within 3–6 business days.
  • Delays: Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes), carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues. If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@raverunner.co.

 Issues with your order?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame or if you experience any issues, please reach out to our support team at hello@raverunner.co. We’re here to help resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

 International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders shipped internationally typically arrive within 10 business days. However, customs clearance and processing in your country may cause delays. If your package has been delayed or held at customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance.
  • Customs Fees & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges, including tariffs and taxes, are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon or after delivery. RaveRunner® does not cover these costs.

Packages Shipping Protection

  • To ensure peace of mind, all orders are automatically covered by Route Shipping Protection, which is added to your cart at checkout. If you choose to remove this protection during checkout, RaveRunner® cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once your package has been shipped.  
  • If you package says delivered and you cannot find it, and you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you can file a claim directly with Route by following their policies here: [Route Shipping Protection Policies]. If you’re unsure whether Route Shipping Protection was added to your order, email us at hello@raverunner.co, and we’ll confirm for you.
  • If your package was delivered and you cannot find it or it was heavily damaged, AND it has been over 28 days, we are unable to help you. Claims are not accepted after 28 days, there is no exceptions to this policy.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak times (e.g., holidays, major sales events), processing times may increase slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • A tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. Please use this link to monitor your delivery status.

Custom Skin Printing Policy

If you ordered a custom skin for your RaveRunner® Hydration pack, it will be shipped separately from any other items you purchased from us. Please understand that this is a CUSTOM product. It is not simply picked-and packed. Please expect your custom skin to come approximatley 15-20 days after you order.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
