SHIPPING POLICY
At RaveRunner®, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to understand the process and what to expect when ordering with us.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Estimated delivery: Standard shipments typically arrive within 3–6 business days.
- Delays: Carrier issues, severe weather, or other events can extend delivery times. If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, email hello@raverunner.co.
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within ~10 business days, but local customs processing can extend timelines.
- Duties & taxes: Import fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. If your parcel is delayed or held, please contact your local customs office.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (holidays, major promotions), processing may take longer.
- Tracking: A tracking link is sent to the email used at checkout as soon as your order ships. Please use it to monitor your delivery.
Package Protection (Route)
- Automatic coverage: For peace of mind, all orders include Route Shipping Protection by default at checkout.
- Opting out: If you remove Route at checkout, RaveRunner® cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.
- Filing a claim:
- If your tracking says Delivered but you can’t locate the package (and you kept Route), file a claim directly with Route (see: [Route Shipping Protection Policies]).
- If you’re not sure whether Route was added, email hello@raverunner.co and we’ll confirm for you.
- Claim window: Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be submitted within 28 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or the last tracking update for in-transit losses). No exceptions after 28 days.
Shipment Contract; Title & Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. If Route is removed at checkout, you acknowledge RaveRunner® is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Incorrect Address
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout:
- We may charge a restocking fee and/or a reshipping fee.
- We cannot reroute packages after they’ve shipped. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
Delivery Windows & Split Shipments
- Posted transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We may ship items in multiple packages as they become available; you will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
Custom Skin Printing
If you ordered a custom skin, it ships separately from other items. This is a custom-made product (not simple pick-and-pack); please allow ~15–20 days from order date for delivery.
