Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GenZ Inc. d/b/a RaveRunner® (“RaveRunner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) covering your access to and use of raverunner.co and any related sites or pages we operate (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users 13+. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, logos, graphics, images, and software are owned by or licensed to RaveRunner and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, reclaim, or change a username that is inappropriate or violates others’ rights.

Products & Display

We try to describe products accurately, but variations (including color on your screen), availability, and specs may occur. We may change or discontinue products without notice.

Purchases & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the amounts shown (including applicable taxes and shipping fees) at checkout using a permitted payment method (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club). All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Order Acceptance; Pricing & Availability

We may correct errors or omissions (pricing, availability, typographical mistakes) even after an order is submitted, and we may decline or cancel any order prior to shipment. All products, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Purchase Limits (Anti-Resale)

Purchases are for personal use only. We may limit quantities per person/household/order and refuse or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for commercial purposes.

Shipping; Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, timelines, and policies are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. If you remove optional package protection at checkout, we are not responsible for loss/theft/damage once the carrier has possession.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy. Please review it before purchasing.

Health & Safety Notice

Use RaveRunner® hydration packs and accessories responsibly. Outdoor and fitness activities carry inherent risks. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a physician if you have health concerns.

Acceptable Use (Prohibited Activities)

You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (d) use scraping, spiders, or similar data-gathering tools without consent; (e) interfere with Site security or functionality; (f) submit false, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content; (g) attempt to reverse engineer Site software.

User Content (Reviews, Photos, Comments)

If you post or submit content to the Site (e.g., reviews, photos, comments), you grant RaveRunner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and share that content on the Site, our social channels, and in marketing related to the Site and our products. You represent you have the rights needed for that content and that it does not violate the law or others’ rights. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

Promotions & Giveaways

From time to time we may run promotions or giveaways. Each promotion is governed by its own official rules posted at the time of the promotion. If there is a conflict, the promotion-specific rules control for that promotion.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms. The Site is hosted in the United States.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaveRunner® and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—your rights may vary.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaveRunner and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Electronic Communications & Signatures

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy legal writing/signature requirements.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. No claim related to the Site may be brought more than one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law).

Service Changes & Interruptions

We may change or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability, delays, or errors due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Miscellaneous

These Terms (plus any policies linked here, such as Privacy, Shipping, and Returns) are the entire agreement between you and RaveRunner regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
