WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty

Your RaveRunner® Hydration Pack is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting on the day of delivery. Warranty approval is at RaveRunner’s discretion and applies only to issues directly attributable to a manufacturing defect.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects may include (by way of example): stitching issues, bladder malfunction, strap malfunction, buckle malfunction, and fabric ripping/tearing due to a defect.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • User-caused damage or misuse (including negligence, improper use, letting a friend borrow your RaveRunner®, or failure to follow care instructions).
  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, fading).
  • Damage from accidents, neglect, improper maintenance/cleaning, modification or disassembly, exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals, commercial use, or consumable parts.
  • EL Wire, UnderGlow attachments, and Custom Skins (these items are not covered under this warranty; if you experience issues with them, please contact Support for assistance).

Proof of Purchase & Claim Window

To obtain service, you must submit a claim within 90 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Claims submitted after this window are not eligible.

How to File a Claim & Shipping Costs

Email hello@raverunner.co with:

  1. your original order number,
  2. photos/video clearly showing the issue, and
  3. a brief explanation of your claim.
  • You are responsible for shipping the product to our facility for inspection and must provide a shipping receipt with tracking.
  • If the claim is approved: we will reimburse your inbound shipping as store credit and cover outbound shipping for any replacement item(s).
  • If the claim is denied: there is no reimbursement for shipping costs; you are responsible for any shipping costs if you want the original item returned to you.

Exclusive Remedy

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, our sole obligation—at our option—is to repair, replace, or provide store credit for the defective product. Replacements may be new or refurbished and of equal or better performance. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) beyond the duration of this limited warranty. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
